LeasePLUS can provide you with a highly competitive roadside assistance and accident
management program.
National Roadside Assistance Coverage
A 24 hour/365 day service managed through the LeasePLUS customer service centre.
Roadside response
Once a call for help is received, either at your home or on the road, a mobile service
is immediately despatched to the scene to rectify, on the spot, the following roadside
difficulties:
- Repairing flat tyres.
- Recharging or replacing a flat battery.
- Supplying fuel for an empty tank.
- Minimum 5 litres of unleaded fuel supplied at insured’s cost.
- LPG/diesel vehicles are transported to fuel supply location.
- Lost keys or keys locked inside the car.
Towing
If your vehicle is unable to be quickly repaired or safely driven, the vehicle,
including the driver, will be transported to a nominated service centre or owners
home address.
In a situation where the breakdown occurs on a trip or holiday, cover includes
transporting the vehicle to the nearest service centre or mechanical repair facility.
In an after-hours situation, arrangements can be made to store the vehicle and transport
it when the service centre or repair facility is open.
Towing is free for the first 20 kilometres.
General Assistance
We will relay urgent messages to family, friends and business associates, likely to be
concerned by a disruption or delay to your schedule.
We will also arrange for alternative transport in the case of a major breakdown or
accident, for example, a taxi (cost at insured’s expense).

Coverage does not apply to:

- Bogged vehicles that require specialist heavy equipment for removal and/or
are not within easy reach of a public thoroughfare.
- Vehicles used for hire or reward.
