As the founder of the business, Aytunc has been the driving force behind LeasePLUS's growth and success, taking the LeasePLUS business across the country.

As one of Australia's leading experts on novated leasing and salary-packaging, Aytunc is the current President of ASPIA (Australian Salary Packaging Industry Association). As the leader of a growing and dynamic business, Aytunc regularly introduces new customers to the benefits of novated leasing, oversees its operations, and mentors staff to achieve the highest level of customer service possible.

He takes great pride in receiving feedback from customers that acknowledge the work his staff have done and the level of service they have provided.

Aytunc's ultimate aim is to provide you with an easy to understand product, a high level of support, and trouble-free motoring.

David Thiessen – Commercial Manager

David has been with LeasePLUS since 2003 and has seen the company grow beyond all expectations. David uses his considerable experience in commercial and business development to help create and implement the commercial strategy at LeasePLUS, which primarily focuses on the continued growth of the business in existing and new markets.

David is also appointed to an advisory committee with the Australian Red Cross Blood Service to advise on the delivery of new infrastructure projects in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

David has a background in asset management and investment and has a proven track record in building up investment portfolios for major Australian companies. He thrives on the objective of making LeasePLUS the best novated car leasing company in Australia.

Rhondda Erikson – Commercial Manager

Rhondda works with customers to ensure they understand how to take full advantage of their novated lease. This includes running a salary analysis on your chosen vehicle and talking to new customers personally about the outcome. Rhondda’s background in the health industry, and her knowledge of salary packaging schemes, enables her to provide customers with the facts, the options, and the advice needed to make an informed decision.

Often being on the road and helping create a national presence for LeasePLUS, Rhondda is talking to new people on a daily basis about the benefits of novated leasing – her belief is infectious!

Whether it's assistance with a sales enquiry, a salary analysis, a settlement, administration or for any other reason, Rhondda's focus is to ensure you're fully informed and feel comfortable using LeasePLUS.

Kerri Barr – Customer Service Team Leader

Kerri ensures customers have accurate information and the right advice on novated leases. She has a strong understanding of how to tailor a novated lease to enable customers to gain the maximum benefits possible. For this reason, she works closely with the quoting department. Kerri is always present at novated leasing information days, educating and fostering an understanding of novated leasing amongst employees.

Kerri enjoys interacting with a variety of different people and knowing that she has designed the best possible leasing arrangement given the customer's particular situation.
